By accessing or using the website gofji.com and any services provided by CT Market Reach DBA FJI (“FJI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
FJI provides digital marketing services for local businesses, including but not limited to: website design and development, online ordering systems, Google Business Profile management, social media marketing, SMS/text message marketing, and flyer-to-digital conversion systems. Services are provided on a project or monthly basis as agreed upon between FJI and the client.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When working with FJI, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets required to perform the agreed-upon services
• Ensure that all content, images, and materials you provide to us are owned by you or you have the right to use them
• Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or invoices
• All fees are due as specified in the agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• FJI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice
FJI may offer a complimentary first campaign to prospective clients. This offer is subject to availability, limited to one per business, and does not obligate either party to continue services. FJI reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
• All work product created by FJI for a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment
• FJI retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
• The FJI name, logo, and branding remain the exclusive property of CT Market Reach
FJI provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to: increased revenue, customer volume, search engine rankings, or social media engagement. FJI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
• Any outstanding balances are due immediately
• FJI will provide access to all completed work product
• Ongoing services (hosting, marketing campaigns, etc.) will cease at the end of the notice period
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FJI does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New London County, Connecticut.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
